This is a great place to grab a quick lunch. I hadn't been in awhile and noticed they've added some new items, like lobster rolls, to the menu. That would probably go well with a side of their mac n cheese on a super gluttonous day. When I have one of those, I will definitely check it out. Word of warning though, don't order a specialty tea/coffee during the lunch rush. They don't seem to have a uniform system in place for multiple counter requests. The food they have down, with the pager system. But, throw in a specialty drink and the process gets a bit chaotic. It's fine when the place isn't that busy but becomes awkward when it's packed. You either have to periodically check with the beverage girl/guy to see if it's ready or stand there until it's done. Since they are also working the bagel/dessert line, you may be waiting a while.

Stopped in here for my usual WIFI, onion soup and Thai chicken salad. They were out of the chicken and the soup was cold. The only thing that was good at this Panera location today was the free WIFI.

Good Wi-Fi - Refillable coffee, comfortable chairs for reading, a seperate community room that doesnt have music piped in so you can actually get some work done. Friendly service

After listening to the managers' conversations with the employees, I am surprised that the staff does not quit. The young, high school employees remain positive and friendly despite this rude treatment. Cleanliness is not a priority. The soda fountain and coffee counter top are not well maintained.

UUGGHHH smokehouse turkey panini... The things you do to me. I didn't think about you for years. Hear that? Not a thought. But the second I drove by this Panera Bread it all came rushing back. Your warm 3-cheese bread lips pressed against mine, your sun-dried tomato ale tingling my tongue and your crisp bacon nestling within the little gaps in my teeth. I needed it again. I needed it all. I needed you. I found you that beautiful day in September, and it was like we'd never parted. I connected my laptop to the internet and took a seat, my mind racing and my heart fluttering in anticipation. A loud voice came over the speaker, interrupting my lustful thoughts. "LAGAND". I ignored it. "LAGAND." Weird name, huh? Ignore. "Smokehouse turkey?" Oh, that's me! "Lagand?" "Uh.. Lauren" "That's weird, it says Lagand on your ticket" But forget that, I was just happy to have you back in my eager hands. After all these years. Our moment. It was here. And then... I ate you. And you were delicious. 700 calories and 2500 mg of sodium? They ain't nothin' but a numba, baaaby. Until next time, and there will be a next time... I'll miss you. (After all this I found one too many flies in my drink, hence the not so perfect score)

I was craving Panera's egg souffle that morning and even though the GPS system on my phone is outdated and this place was not listed (it had only been open for a few months), I was somehow brought here by a mysterious force. Lol. Excellent friendly service and the lady took a bit while to get my order out, but she apologized and even gave me a free cookie to make up for it. As for the food? Delish as always.

Had breakfast here this morning. This Panera is really clean and the staff is friendly. The pastry display was really nice and the service was quick. Dining room well organozed and clean, even though they were crowded.

Specific to this location, the service is usually pretty bad. The manager is friendly and you can tell he really cares about his job and the store, but every time I go there I hear the girl whining and complaining about every order that comes through, and she never, ever smiles. The rest of the staff doesn't seem to know how to engage in normal customer-service-related tasks, either. The food is ok but overpriced, but the menu has something for everyone. When in doubt, go for the ol' soup & sandwich combo; the soups are usually pretty good, and you can choose whatever bread you like for the sandwich.

The soup is consistent. The panini. . .ehh. . . it was food. I fail to understand why I continue to end up at this chain of food. I do not enjoy the food, but they are everywhere, with free wi fi.

Panera is always consitsent when it comes to their bagels...actually they should be called bread pastries, not bagels (from a NYer's perspective). Coffee, also, is consistent...usually the containers are empty or you'll find grinds floating in your cup. By dinner, especially, has been a huge disappointment. Each time I stop in I always promise myself that it would be the last time. The menu is uninspiring and the quality is really disappointing. Ordering the pick 2, I'm always disappointed by the sandwich...just too much bread and a single slice of whatever protein. Tonight I had a chipotle chicken that really was sad looking. With a $9 bill (no drink), I left hungry and promising not to return. Adding to that, the service this evening was unwelcoming. Usually a different story in the am when everyone is perking and wishing you a great day...in the evening its more like "why do I work here." Anyway, its time for them to shake things up.

The food is consistently good and the service is decent. This Panera is always busy but you never wait a long time for food or have trouble finding a (clean) table.

Just came in for some take out. The food is great, they have soup and sandwich deals, pastas, and other options. You can sit down or take out. The place was clean and the staff was quick and professional. I'll be back!

I've heard their food contains more calories and sodium than one would imagine yet I just can't keep away. I absolutely LOVE this Panera. When I used to work from home this way my go-to escape for the days when i wanted to work among other humans instead of my adorable dogs. However, whoever created the parking lot made some serious calculation errors in parking spot numbers. There simply aren't enough unless you go at some odd random hour when no one else is hungry or working. Lots of people like to lounge here during the week for business purposes. And I completely understand why - it's a great place to work from. Quiet, comfortable, great food, and delicious tea. My favorite Panera. Love it. But if you're going on a weekday and plan to eat there - get there early. By 11:30 or you'll have trouble getting a parking spot and a table.

I'm a fan of all Paneras. Their food is consistently good. They bake their own breads and pastries and they make your food while you wait. I usually get the you-pick-two with half a panini and French Onion Soup. The soup is wonderfully salty with the right balance of onions, cheese, broth and croutons. For fast-ish food, you can't go wrong. The dining room is pleasant and usually pretty clean. I also like the fact that they have some organic options for the kids meals. If you order your food to go make sure to check it before you leave, they have shorted me a few times. This particular location is set back a little from the road making it harder to see. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a little tricky too.

Good Panera location, friendly staff. Food is well prepared and the restaurant is always very clean and tidy. VERY busy lunchtime spot, always packed from 11am on. The staff is very good with takeout orders over the phone. If you call the location, the soups on the recording (option 2) are not always the soups they have to offer. Today they said Black Bean, but it was not offered when I placed my order (option 3) a minute later. Take care- since SR434 has the new cement dividing median, it's now a pain to get to them if you are coming from Montgomery Rd. You have to drive past and u turn at the light.

Just like any other Panera. Tea is good every once in a blue moon. Bagel was toasted but not very hot. Standard Panera.

Panera is usually good, they are always consistent! Today was no exception, although the person taking my order had the personality of one of their pieces of bread! But other than that, not bad. I had just gotten my rewards card signed up for online and I forgot to use it and she didn't even ask me about it. Again, NO personality!!! Parking at this particular Panera is a real challenge especially if you are going at lunch time, there aren't enough spots! If you go a little off the lunch time, it's not too bad!

What can say...this is another one of my favorite Panera's. Great food, great service, clean restaurant...no complaints! The cashier was also so friendly during my last visit...my mom was asking her questions about the menu and this girl had some great answers. You've got to love people who find pleasure in their job. The only con I have is really for the Panera brand and not just this location. It's about the portion size of most of their meals. It's just a bit small for the prices, but very delicious. Overall...if you haven't tried this Panera...do it!

Panera Breads are pretty similar across the board, so if you've been to one, expect the same here. It's a chain, so we're not supposed to like it, but they seem to do what they do pretty well. As far as I could tell, the coffee was good, the soup also was good, you can get it in a bread bowl for about $6, and all that leaves little room for complaint. I also enjoy the atmosphere. It's bright but not sterile, and they play classical music which beats the hell out of elevator pop any time. The 12-syllable ingredients on their breads are in conflict with the ethic of "clean" food or whatever, but honestly that stuff doesn't bother me too much. Most of the research done on said ingredients will stand the test of time, and more likely than not, none of it is more dangerous than table sugar. So then, I have few complaints. Well done.
